Let’s be honest. Sustainable farming in Singapore is a near impossible dream.
We just don't have the land or natural resources for it to make any economic sense. True food security in cities remains out of reach today, fueling nutritional imbalances, threatening public health and urban resilience.
Not to mention the weather, humidity, UV radiation, pests and pollutants.
Our climate is difficult for growing, even in a regular indoor greenhouse.
Even if we did, it would be super costly.
Put together high construction and operational costs, labour and time, while competing with cheap imports... How might we crack the code of commercial profitability?

High intake of saturated fats and processed foods are linked to high cholesterol, hypertension and diabetes. How can quality produce be made accessible for everyone?
The Keshet Story
We brought together over 30 like-minded Singaporeans and 40 global experts to tackle a massive wicked urban challenge. Every component of our vertical farming ecosystem has been engineered from scratch to overcome Singapore’s toughest urban and economic constraints — creating a blueprint for next-generation city resilience and global public health standards.
The Cube - 2015
Imbued with passion yet constrained by one founder's HDB bedroom, we invented clean air, pesticide-free solution, and grew our first crop - strawberries, in 3m x 3m.

The Mighty Arches - 2023
Conceptualised in 2019, our revolutionary external structure for our vertical farm becoming a reality. Scalable, cost-efficient and able to shield our crops from harsh environments. We want this to last for the next 100 years — for our children and generations to come.
STRUCTURE
Arches & Panels
The arch is made of highest stainless steel grade procured from the source. It features a curved geometry that minimises solar penetration and wind load impact for durability and energy efficiency.
Each panel is engineered with a UV-resistant outer layer, antimicrobial surface, with thermal isolation properties built to withstand 100% humidity, salt exposure, acidic gases, urban pollutants such as SO2, and extreme UV radiation.
THE BRAIN
AI Control Suite
The greenhouse's operational backbone is an integrated artificial intelligence control suite with real-time data acquisition and decision-making capabilities.
The control engine operates on a quantum logic layer, allowing sub-second reactions to environmental deviations spanning across the entire growing process, including nutrient provision and autonomous harvesting.
INSIDE THE GREENHOUSE
Internal Systems
24/7 coverage with 80% energy savings
In the day, sunlight is harvested and transmitted to each vertical shelf. At night, we leverage in-house LED with adjustable light spectrum, intensity and duration customised to each crop.
Water & Irrigation
A three-stage filtration process consisting of ultraviolet (UV) sterilization, activated carbon filtering, and silica bed purification that recycles up to 90% of water used.
Robotics
Fully autonomous. All harvesting, sorting, weighing, and packaging operations are handled by robotic systems equipped with depth cameras, precision actuators, and machine vision engines.
