He received “Farmer of the Year Award” twice from the Ministry of Agriculture for developing advanced agro-technologies that yielded excellent results of increasing crop production and quality multifold. His innovative agricultural solutions overcome environmental challenges, while building international cooperation in sustainable agricultural practices.

Shan (San) has 20+ years of experience in global corporate banking and finance, with a proven track record in product management, strategy, and transformation. She successfully implemented complex systems and operating models, leading change management across more than 25 countries. Combining this expertise with her passion for agriculture and being a visionary, she brings people together to secure food sustainability and security through game-changing agricultural projects for our next generations.

With over 2 decades in the legal field, Lynette has advised multinational corporations on structuring, negotiating, and closing high-value deals—often in high-stakes, high-pressure environments. Her ability to navigate legal complexity and commercial risk successfully has made her a trusted advisor. Beyond the legal boardroom, Lynette has a strong interest in the future of agriculture and food—sectors she believes are critical to global sustainability and the food-health connection.

Serene has over 12 years of experience bridging capital to impactful projects & deals, managing institutional client relationships, & financial assets, driving global sustainability initiatives. She has lived and worked across key Asia Pacific hubs, and was a national athlete for Singapore for several years.
